How we keep payments and tickets safe

• Payments: Processed by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe is PCI-DSS Level 1 certified.
• Tickets: Every QR is a random, unguessable code that can be checked in once. The first scan wins; any later scan of the same code (a copy, a screenshot, a forwarded email) is rejected as already used and shows when it was first scanned. Treat the QR like cash: whoever scans it first gets in.
• Inventory: Reservations hold capacity for 5 minutes during checkout to prevent overselling.
• Email: Unsubscribes are one-click and honored immediately. Bounces are suppressed automatically.
• Data: We don't sell buyer data. Organizers can only see holders for their own events. Read the full Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.
